requirementsYOUR PROFILEYou know what it takes: You have already
worked as a Scrum Master for at least 2 years and ideally in Agile
Software DevelopmentYou have the tools: You have an excellent
understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban,
frameworks and tools, plus an ability to combine them optimally if
necessaryYou bring people together: You are a good communicator
with strong moderation, coaching, negotiation, and conflict
management skillsYou’ve been there: Background in development or
testing software is a plusWe understand each other: Excellent
