are looking for a CMO Global Supply Planning Head (f/m/d)
The CMO Global Supply Planning Head leads the team
of CMO Planning Leads and Central Planners in the countries and
overseeing ESO operation, ensuring the supply chain performance of
each CMO achieve superior deliver performance through GSC TOM,
STADA Supply Chain Standard processes, highest standards and
maturity, driving fact-based, pro-active and anticipative
performance orientation, whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance
frameworks. Your responsibilities: Responsible for
the escalation of potential supply issues to the Director Global
Planning and Director External Supply Operations (ESO) Lead and
facilitate the design, implementation and routine operation of a
Global S&OP process linking Site business to the GO strategies
and goals Lead the Supply Review elements and link with the Global
Demand Planning unit Responsible for governing the supply chain
activity portfolio at the ESO Operations sites Actively evaluate
CMO network together with Global External Operations and
Procurement Responsible for establishing a clear and effective
Supply Chain Business Process owner Responsible for the
implementation and execution of Target Operating Model and STADA
Supply Chain standard processes at all CMOs Collaborate with Global
Supply Chain and External Supply Operations in establishing and
continuously improving STADA Supply Chain standard processes and
programs for the CMOs Responsible for the sustainability of the
STADA Supply Chain standard processes Responsible, together with
the respective ESO Leaders and Procurement for the selection and
performance assessments of the new CMOs Lead effective change
management and bi-directional information flow, education, training
and driving business impact for the supply chain processes
Accountable for maximizing the usage of system and SAP/APO tools if
applicable Closely work with External Supply Operation on root
cause investigations Lead the standardization and coordination of
global strategic and tactical capacity planning processes Ensure
compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements and continuous
improvement Responsibility for a personal and professional
development of the associates Your qualifications:
University degree in Supply Chain, Science, or Economics/Finance,
preferably with an MBA degree In-depth relevant experience in a
managerial role within different stages of supply chain processes
High degree of competence of functional expertise of supply chain
processes Excellent knowledge of business processes within the
pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment,
capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management
Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and
rapidly changing business environment Strong Experience in LEAN
assessments and implementations Excellence in global program and
project management as well as highly experienced in change
management and a proven track record of designing and
implementing breakthrough supply chain strategies & systems
across global teams Excellent communicator and coaching skills to
be able to lead a major transition on a global and multifunctional
footprint Influential leadership skills to be able to integrate
operational and strategic business functions as well as proven
track record in leading teams that have successfully built and
launched products in highly scalable markets Ability to think, act
and initiate in operational, tactical and strategic terms Excellent
command of languages (English with a second or third language
