enabling performance for manufacturing processes across the
industrial affair sitesMaintain robust and highly available
solutions to operate industrial processes efficientlyIt encompasses
the following business processesMaster data management for quality
integrationBatch managementBatch release and stock
managementIntegration with QMS system for deviations and
changesIntegration with SAP GBT external systemIntegration with
Customer complaint system (SAP QIM)Analytics capabilities around
the quality integration and the articulation with other SAP
processesKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Business AlignmentUnderstand the
business requirements for the various processes in his domain in
order to build a solution applicable to multi-GBU use cases, while
keeping a responsible approach in term of cost benefit evaluation
and solution maintainabilityDelivery Management and Quality of
ServicesEnd-to-end business process analysis including integration
with partner systems (QMS, GBT, Customer complaints)Ensure that
standards and recommendations linked to GxP & HSE regulations
and segregation of duty are correctly understood and appliedTerms
of EmploymentBased in Lyon, this job requires to collaborate in a
global and matrixial environment with international business and
ITS teams English is the usual working language This job requires
periodic business trips to ITS or industrial locations This job
requires to work within structured environments with formal
procedures and documented deliverables, compliance rules and

Engineering school or Business schoolMaster’s degree or
equivalentExperience & knowledge1 to 5+ years‘ work experience
includingExperience of Quality Processes in industrial plants (life
science/pharmaceutical industries would be a plus)SAP experience
supporting Quality processesProven vision, ability to anticipate
evolutions due to internal and external factorsCore
competenciesForward-thinking and like to explore new ways of
applying existing and new technologies to solve Business
problems Strong communication and interaction skills
