Software Strategy Manager (m/f/d) (Ismaning)

YOUR SCOPE OF DUTIES:

As Software Strategy Manager (m/f/d), you will design and maintain
processes, tools, and frameworks to optimize software development
for our agile business and for our customers, working closely with
the CIO.

Your core tasks entail:

• Create, align, and implement a global software development and
  technology strategy in a profit center structure with globally
  distributed agile teams and sites
• Continuous optimization of tool and framework landscape and
  process flows of the software development
• Coaching of software development employees to promote
  self-responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and acting in the sense
  of our agile values
• Intensive support of the global IT sourcing strategy
• Agreement of framework contracts with software development
  service providers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or another
  related training and and several years of professional experience
  in management and implementation of software with strong knowledge
  of methods, processes and frameworks of software development in an
  agile environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of interrelations
  and requirements in P&L center structures.
• You are a strong communicator and support the teams of the
  individual business units with your coaching and consulting
  skills.
• Your experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous
  Deployment and Infrastructure-as-code is beneficial.
• You speak English and German fluently.
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel round off
  your profile.
