HR Business Partner (m/f/d) (Weikersheim)

YOUR SCOPE OF DUTIES: 

To complete our People & Organisation team we are looking for
an experienced new colleague for our Weikersheim or Maastricht
branch. As a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) you take full ownership
for partnering with dedicated business units regarding all people
& organization matters. 

Your core tasks entail:

• Proactive organisational development, people development and
  performance management
• End-to-end responsibility for all classic HR processes,
  supported by the relevant location experts
• Consulting and coaching regarding agile tools & processes
  as well as agile mindset
• Design and moderation of workshops
• Various projects in People & Organisation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Deep experience in HR in a modern environment, ideally agile
  companies
• Knowledge of relevant labour law
• Ability to consult and partner with leaders on a high
  level
• Experience with agile tools and processes
• Experience in design and delivery/ moderation of workshops
• Loyalty and team focus
• Creativity, strong pragmatism and a desire to shape things
• Strong ownership, autonomy and solution focus
• Can-Do mindset and positive spirit
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
