collaboration with internal colleagues to prepare internal and
external communications (i.e. financial reports, press releases,
etc.), primarily Corporate Communications, Accounting, Controlling,
Finance & Treasury, Legal, M&A QualificationsIn-depth
experience in strategic and financial analysis demonstrated by work
experience (i.e. in corporate finance, financial research,
investment management)Successful completed degree (i.e. MBA)
Additional qualifications (i.e. CFA, CEFA)Business fluent English
and good German skills both written and spoken Solid understanding
of functions, operations and legal regulations related to capital
marketsExcellent communication and presentation skills as well as
