Zoom!Currently, we are looking for a  Zoom Phone Architect to
take care of our enterprise customers. The ideal Zoom Phone
Architect is passionate about our Cloud Meeting vision, can
act as a customer’s trusted advisor and technical consultant, and
will have exceptional experience in PBX/telephony systems. This
individual will work with enterprise level customers for all of
EMEA. Responsibilities: Provides product presentation and demo,
deployment design and planning, POC Implementation, RFQ/RFP
reponses and also maintain a high level of ongoing proficiency in
PBX. As a pre-sales engineer, you will be working directly with
customers to deliver happiness. Responsible for training customer
administration of Zoom Phone platform. Answers complex technical
questions and offer workarounds for customer networks. Manage
escalated issues and collaborate with other internal departments to
expedite resolution. Help develop and maintain customer facing and
internal help articles. Qualifications: Knowledge of Zoom
communication stack business fluency in French or German are a big
plus! Bachelor of Science preferred 10+ years of telephony Sales
Engineer (pre-sales) experience in a video collaboration /
telephony / cloud PBX company Strong technical troubleshooting
skills including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs Knowledge of network
troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers,
Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS, etc.
Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding team-oriented and
fast-paced environment Ability to communicate and empathise with
all levels of customers – executives, end users, developers
Self-motivated with the ability to dive right in, be effective and
make a difference Must speak English on an impeccable level –
fluency in French or German are a plus. Zoom Video Communications
