Clinical Applications Specialist & Education Manager (m/f/d)
München Feste Anstellung Vollzeit This is primarily a field support
position within the Marketing & Sales department. Your main
objective is to support ARRISCOPE sales. You will be responsible
for training and educating existing and prospective customers, as
well as other relevant stakeholders, on the features and benefits
of the ARRISCOPE – a fully digital surgical microscope for ENT
applications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for organizing
product demonstrations as well as demonstrating the ARRISCOPE
inside and outside of the operating room. In this role you will
serve as resident expert on all aspects of the assigned product
(hardware and software) and you will help disseminate such
knowledge through hands-on demonstration of the product and other
means. By obtaining this position, you will embody trust, integrity
and ethics inside and outside the company. Work experience: 3-5
Years Travel: Up to 70% of the time (primarily within the DACH
region) Start date: As soon as possible Your Responsibilities:
Coordinating and conducting application trainings, product
presentations to KOLs and existing or prospective customers.
On-site presence in the operating room to ensure the success of the
ARRISCOPE usage and system configuration for optimized results in
different clinical cases. Assist customers in understanding the
ARRISCOPE features and benefits and how the product can support
their clinical needs. Create educational materials to help the
sales team increase the confidence and knowledge on the products
and applications. Provide remote support to users and partners by
answering their questions via phone, email, video chats, and other
digital tools as well as on-site support during tradeshow and
symposia Support the efforts around the launch of new products
and/or features and sales activities such as on-site product
demonstrations Document the operating room procedures and provide
feedback to the technical and commercial teams. Collect user
requirements and competitive intelligence and share with the
greater team. Proactively arrange for regular visits to
customers/users; keep a close eye on market and competition in
order to identify opportunities and mitigate competitive efforts.
Actively support and/or supervise responses to RFIs and RFQs for
public tenders. Work closely with other stakeholders (e.g.,
R&D, Service, Operations) to ensure continuous improvement in
technology and processes. Establish trustful relationships with
customers, KOLs, and other partners. Your Qualifications:
Scientific degree, ideally in the life sciences, emphasis on
biomedical engineering, medical sciences, etc. – or equivalent
medical experience (e.g., surgical or circular nurse, medical
technician, biomedical engineer, and similar). ability to work with
sophisticated high-tech medical instruments. Understanding of
optics and photography advantageous Excellent communications skills
in German and English. Additional European languages would be
considered an advantage. Full proficiency in MS Office (with
emphasis on PowerPoint and WORD), CRM (ideally SalesForce.com)
Working in the medical environment (e.g., clinics, O.R.s, surgical
centers). Ideally experience in working as clinical applications
specialist in the fields of surgical microscopy, microsurgical
visualization, and/or image-guided surgical application Experience
in the Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) field advantageous Your Profile:
