of the Senior Management of the Group you are responsible for the
Strategic Business Development in Civil Engineering Solutions and
for our success in all relevant markets throughout the world.Your
responsibilities:Implementation of market and competitor analyses
to identify and validate market potentialIdentification and
realization of market opportunities based on a comprehensive
understanding of the market rules and customers’ needsAssess growth
potential of new and existing businesses and develop initial view
on opportunitiesDevelop market penetration strategies in the target
segment based on customer needs and the applicable business
modelsDefine and pursue measurable goals for the target segment for
turnover, profitability and market sharesDevelopment of business
plans and go-to-market strategies including control of the
successSupport the go-to-market development in the regions with
knowledge and best practicesCommunication of market requirements,
segment strategies and strategic measures to all stakeholders

years of relevant experience in relevant management positions in an

management skillsStrong knowledge of the target segment / the
construction industryAbility to think strategically, communicate a
vision and influence other stakeholders, to develop the strategic
dialogue between the leading work streamsSound experience in
working with cross-functional teams in an international
environment, with multiple stakeholders/interestsExcellent
strategic, analytical and conceptual skillsOutstanding
interpersonal and communication skills towards different target
groupsVery good command of English, both written and spokenGerman
