Industrial Solutions“ we are looking for a „Prototype Assembler
(f/m/d)“.The division is responsible for the production of
measuring systems for lithography applications. Customer service
and on-site customer acceptance tests are also part of the
responsibility.Your TasksIndependent assembly and adjustment of
complex mechanical-optical components in accordance with the
manufacturing documents under clean room conditions of class ISO6 /
ISO7Supplement assemblies according to drawing (sketch) or install
them by verbal agreement Support the assembly during the series
introductionSupport design/development of technical
solutionsCommissioning and acceptance of complex assemblies
including documentation as self-testerDiagnosis and repair of
assemblies and end devicesIndependent performance of acceptance
tests, functional tests to ensure the quality of our
productsPerforming troubleshooting and error correction of the
modulesBonding of optical componentsCollaboration in optimization
measures according to lean criteriaYour ProfileCompleted vocational
training as an industrial mechanic, precision optician or
