International Tax Manager (m/f/d) (Weikersheim)

YOUR SCOPE OF DUTIES:

International Tax

  • As an International Tax Manager (m/f/d) at TecAlliance you are
    the central point of contact regarding international tax issues for
    our national and international subsidiaries, tax consultants and
    auditors.
  • You conduct the contract reviews from an international tax
    perspective:
  • You analyze taxes in relation to acquisitions with advice
    covering withholding taxes and benefits.
  • Transfer Pricing
  • One focus is the active design of transfer pricing including
    documentation and compliance with legal requirements. You support
    the implementation, updating and monitoring of local transfer
    pricing activities.
  • You support development of TecAlliance local file templates and
    introducing documentation processes to improve transparency and
    data availability for local files and tax audits, as well as
    working with tax authorities on international tax and transfer
    pricing issues.
  • Treasury/Cash Management
  • You manage and review payment risks, especially foreign
    exchange risks and foreign exchange transactions.
  • You analyse business risks and financing requirements of our
    subsidiaries via equity or bank loans.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • After completing an economics degree with focus on tax /
    accounting, you have already gained at least 5 years of
    professional experience in international tax environment. Ideally,
    you are a certified tax consultant.
  • With Transfer Pricing you know your way around.
  • You are reliable, proactive and have a positive basic attitude,
    of course you bring flexibility and commitment.
  • You are characterized by a systematic and accurate way of
    working, you can set priorities and sometimes make „hands-on“
    decisions.
  • You enjoy working in a team, have a very good intercultural
    communication skills and if necessary, you can also prevail.
  • Business Fluent English and -as an advantage- good German
    language skills as well as the willingness to occasional business
    trips complete your profile.
