CRM Manager (m/f/d) (Cologne)

YOUR SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• Strong focus in developing and customizing on the basis of
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 in different modules
• Strong focus in developing reports, interfaces on the basis of
  Microsoft .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio
• Analysis, conceptualization and implementation of custom
  requirements and interfaces
• Independent planning, conception and project leading
• Close cooperation and coordination with the departments
• Technical management of the CRM-System as the service
  owner
• Construction of the CRM competence center

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Information Technology or in a related
  field
• Working experience in the implementation, operation and
  continued development of CRM-Online systems
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, Java and JavaScript
• Experience with classical and agile project management
  methods
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft server technologies such as
  Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server Operating Systems
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft SQL Server, reporting- and
  analysis services as well as SQL Server integration services
• Self-initiative, communication, team and organizational
  skills
• A high level of commitment, flexibility and reliability
• Fluent in German and English
