(Senior) Visual Designer (m/f/d) (Erlangen)

Your responsibilities You are responsible for the design of the
complex interfaces and screen layouts of our tools You work with
different stakeholders to make strategic design decisions You will
translate strategic design into controls, mechanisms, and processes
You will ensure all EB-products are consistent throughout the user
journey by creating and maintaining consistent design guidelines
and frameworks You will create UI designs for the implementation by
our software developers considering usability standards You
research and stay updated on the latest design work within the
field. Your profile You hold a university degree in Design
(interaction, graphic, media, visual interactions), Human-Computer
Interaction or equivalent practical experience You have deep
knowledge and several years of professional experience in designing
enterprise applications for technical domains. You are experienced
in the most current design software, e.g. Adobe Suite, Sketch You
have knowledge and professional experience in usability and
iterative human-centered design processes You are a UX enthusiast
and enjoy bringing your view of UX to the company You enjoy working
with complex technologies specifically in the automotive context
You are a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving
skills with the ability to focus on the essential You have very
good communication skills in English (written & spoken), German
