(Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) OEM specific AUTOSAR Integration (Erlangen)

Your responsibilities You will lead a local team in Erlangen,
responsible for OEM specific AUTOSAR integration You will work
closely together with related teams in Germany, France, Romania and
India You work on the alignment of the processes across the
different teams You will report to the product and technical
management You will define the technical requirements in dialogue
with the product and technical management as well as other
development teams You will ensure implementation of the
requirements and achievement of the quality levels to reach a
successful market launch and series production readiness You will
plan the budget, the technical contents and the deployment of the
associated employees in your team You will recognize and evaluate
risks in the project and act in the context of our defined
processes Your profil You have a software-focused degree (computer
science, electrical engineering, etc.) You have sound experience in
software testing and integration You have experience in project
management methods and project management, as well as automotive
SPICE Ideally, you have good knowledge of the AUTOSAR standard You
are confident and have a high degree of initiative You are prepared
to take responsibility and actively participate in the expansion of
our business You have excellent presentation skills and moderation
techniques You bring along distinctive conceptual and
solution-oriented thinking You are communicative and have a
confident manner with the customer (both in German and English) You
are ready for a limited number of business trips as part of your
