GmbH is seeking an Associate Study Manager – Next Generation
Sequencing (m/f/d) to join our NGS team. This is a project
management role that works closely with Senior Study Managers,
customers and the lab in order to effectively manage the customer
interaction with NGS services. This is a great opportunity to grow
and expand your genomics/NGS knowledge and skills! Your new
professional challenges in our NGS team: Provide NGS consultation
and draft NGS quotes for customer projects. Provide updates, and
deliver NGS data to customers. Log and manage troubleshooting of
NGS projects. Assist Study Managers and Sales in account
management. Support the draft of SOPs. Travel to selected customer
sites (~5%). Support logistics workflows. Work under certified
and/or accredited conditions. Master’s degree or PhD in Life
Science. Basic work experience preferred. Strong background in
molecular biology required, preferably in the field of genetics and
genomics. Excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail, ability to efficiently, accurately, and
succinctly communicate complex information. Ability to multitask in
a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Fluent in English,
spoken and written. German and/or French language skills are an
advantage. Master common office software (especially Outlook, Word,
Excel, PowerPoint). Attractive place to work with cutting-edge
