description Focal point for blade suppliers or internal blade
manufacturing plants of Nordex Blades Ensure a thorough quality
planning (including feasibility study) and systematic development
of blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing plants
(follow APQP principles) Help to shape quality assurance processes
of blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing plants Audit
the relevant quality and delivery processes at blade suppliers
& internal blade manufacturing plants Validate all
quality-relevant processes of the blade suppliers & internal
blade manufacturing plants Support product development projects and
prototype reviews Responsible for initial sample inspections and
series approvals Product audits and project-related quality
inspections at the blade suppliers & internal blade
manufacturing plants Analyse quality deviations using appropriate
technical and methodical knowledge Negotiation and binding
agreement of correction, improvement and preventive measures on the
part of the blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing
plants Create and analyse metrics to improve delivered quality
continuously (CTQ, defects, etc) Implement quality improvements at
blade suppliers & internal blade manufacturing plants in
cooperation with industrial engineering Ensure a strong feedback
loop from field (service & customers) to blade suppliers
& internal blade manufacturing plants Customer interaction on
quality improvement plans on Nordex Blades Job requirements
Completed engineering or technical studies in the field of
mechanical engineering, ideally supplemented by further training as
a quality or production engineer Composite (blade) experience is
preferred Several years of professional experience in comparable
positions Methodological knowledge in the field of quality
management (e.g. APQP4Wind, FMEA, control plans) Convincing
approach to external interlocutors and assertiveness towards
suppliers & manufacturing plants Very good knowledge of spoken
and written English Team player with good communication skills for
independent cross-divisional activity Excellent negotiation and
communication skills Ability to work in different business cultures
