Manager basedin Munich, Germany. This role willbe responsible
formanagingthe Sales In business relationship with nominated
Distribution partners in Germany,Austria and Switzerland for both
Equipment and Supplies Distributors.Builds and maintains effective
relationships with a defined Distributor base toensure a high level
of Reseller satisfaction and support increased revenuegrowth.
Identifies, develops and typically closes new Sales In
opportunitiesbased on Country Sales Out targets. Serves as the
primary interface for allservices, and creates demand and brand
awareness for the organization’sservices, software and products by
working collaboratively with the CountrySales Out teams who manage
Reseller partners.The role is pivotal in providing the link between
theXerox Country Sales Out teams and the local Country Distributor
in order tooptimise Sales Out from a Sales In perspective.
KeyResponsibilities of the Regional Distribution Account Manager :
Towork collaboratively with and under the direction of the General
Manager,European Distribution Operations Sales and with the
European DistributionAccount Managers (EDAM’s) to manage the
Distributors in the assigned Regions(Germany, Switzerland, Austria)
to drive Sales In and minimize the ResellerSales Out Backlog at
month end. Accountablefor managing the day to day activities of the
Xerox country-based Distributors. Workclosely with Distribution
Operations back office to optimise the profile ofstock, orders,
sales in and systems maintenance. Responsiblefor the timely
execution of large roll out deals in the indirect channel.
Responsible for the successful implementationof various initiatives
agreed centrally with the Pan European Distributoraccounts
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing thekey performance
measures of the Distribution Partners in the Country / Region.These
key business performance metrics include: Timely provision of
required Sales Out and Inventorydata to the Xerox Country based
Sales Out Teams. Provision of logistic services covering all
aspectsof Distribution from product collection through to (end)
customerdelivery as appropriate. Inventory level and profile
management includingappropriate management of new product launches
and product end of life productstrategies. Work closely with the
local Distributor managementteams to ensure successful development
and deployment of EuropeanTransformation programs and country
specific action plans. Reviewon a monthly basis (or if necessary,
more frequently), the performance ofthe Distributor against key
targets and the ‘Account Development Plan’. Leadthe country
Distributor Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and provideinputs into
the centralised European Distributor QBR process in the eventthat
any country issue needs to be brought to the attention of the
XeroxDistribution and European Distributor management teams
Proactively support and ensure thatthe country Distributor
organisation receives the appropriate directionand support to
enable them to deliver sales/marketing information to theResellers.
Ensure appropriate representationand brand awareness of Xerox
products and services on the Distributor’scountry website. Maintain
a sound and up-to-dateknowledge of competitive offerings and
tactical actions CandidateExperience: Significant experience from
aDistribution background Experience in the Distribution
IT/Printingenvironment would be advantageous Proven Account
management experiencein the Printing sector and/or strongexposure
in the domain of technology and software industry. Candidates
fromboth backgrounds will be considered Excellent
communication,interpersonal, presentation, and demonstrated
analytical skills Fluent in German and English Ability to maintain
good rapport anddemonstrates leadership and teamwork in
